  • Book an intro call (name, email, agency name, optional message)
  • Submit the contact form on this site
  • Become a paying client (additional billing details handled by Stripe)
  • Sign up for the dashboard (account credentials, GHL access tokens you grant)

We also collect limited automatic information when you visit the site:

  • Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, referrer)
  • Cookies for analytics (if enabled) and session management

2. How we use it

Your information is used to:

  • Schedule and conduct your intro call
  • Deliver fulfillment work inside your GHL accounts (clients only)
  • Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, build status updates)
  • Improve the site and our service
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Data shared with service providers

We use the following third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:

  • Calendly — call scheduling
  • Stripe — payment processing (billing clients only)
  • GHL — CRM platform (where we deliver fulfillment work)
  • Cloudflare — site hosting and security
  • Google Analytics — site analytics (if cookies are accepted)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

4. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. If you cancel your service, we retain billing records for the period required by tax law and delete operational data within 90 days unless you request otherwise.

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Opt out of marketing emails (every email includes an unsubscribe link)

Our service is intended for businesses, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
