Terms of Service
Last updated: May 10, 2026
By using Snapboard's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. The service
Snapboard provides unlimited GHL fulfillment work on a monthly subscription basis ($1,295/month standard plan). The scope includes everything inside your GHL account: sites, funnels, workflows, pipelines, snapshots, integrations, A2P registration, ad tracking setup, and ongoing maintenance.
"Unlimited" means unlimited build requests in your queue. We work through your queue continuously, and most builds ship within 24 hours.
2. Subscription, billing, and pause
The subscription bills monthly via Stripe. You can pause your subscription at any time — we hold your spot, prorate the day count, and resume when you return. There is no minimum commitment and no early-termination fee.
Cancellation is also at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; no refund is issued for the partial month except as described under the money-back guarantee.
3. Money-back guarantee
If our first build entirely misses your brief, we refund the first month — no negotiation. The window is 30 days from your first build's completion. After that, the assumption is you've validated the fit.
4. Access
To deliver work, you grant Snapboard user-level access to your GHL sub-accounts. We never touch agency-level settings unless you explicitly request it. We log every change in the build card so your team can review.
5. Intellectual property
All build work delivered for you (workflows, funnels, snapshots, custom code) is owned by you. Snapboard retains no rights to the deliverables. We may retain anonymized templates and patterns for use in our internal tooling and future builds for other clients.
You retain all rights to your existing GHL accounts, contacts, content, and data. Snapboard does not claim ownership of your data.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your account data, client information, and business operations as confidential. We do not share, sell, or use your data outside the scope of delivering your service.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Snapboard's service to build or deploy:
- Workflows that violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or other applicable regulations
- Funnels or sites promoting illegal goods/services
- Automation designed to harass, deceive, or defraud
We reserve the right to refuse work that violates these terms.
8. Service-level expectations
We aim to ship most builds within 24 hours of receiving the brief. Multi-stage projects may take 48-72 hours. We do not commit to specific SLA penalties — the relationship is built on consistent delivery, not contractual penalties. If we miss expectations consistently, you can cancel or pause without penalty.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapboard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent month.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables before they go live to your end customers.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
